Steven and Guy followed by providing great insights on how to gauge one’s ROI in Social Media, where defining goals and objectives were the primary steps to deciding what makes a winning social marketing programme. The night ended with a book-signing session and a short contest, giving out 2 copies of the book — ROI of Social Media.
