This month SMCkl celebrates its first anniversary. Time really flies. In the past 12 months Malaysia has seen its own ups and downs. With #yorais trending on twitter to the recent police report filed by TNB over a satirical blog post, it is evident that the world we live in has dramatically changed with the advent of social media.

So where are we today? Has social media affected how organizations reach out to their audience? Has it changed the way we communicate with each other?
